It was a very very chilly day in Eau Claire today and it looks like most of the Northern Midwest is experiencing these cold temps as well. Although there was a West wind, it felt as though it was coming from every direction which made being outside today slightly unbearable. However, there was plenty of sunshine which made embracing the cold a little easier. There were a few clouds in the sky along with zero precipitation. My prediction for tomorrow's forecast will be more cold weather in the single digits along with no precipitation once again. The temperature usually needs to be a little bit warmer for it to snow.
