It is currently snowing pretty heavily in the city of Eau Claire. Looking at the radar, it looks like it will continue snowing for most of the day. The wind direction is coming from the North East which coincides with the flow of direction from the snow storm. It also appears that more precipitation could be forming throughout the West due to the high and low pressure systems that are occluding in that area. My prediction for tomorrow is that there might be some snow fall tomorrow as well. By looking at the temperature map, it makes sense why there is a divide between rain and snow for the precipitation on the weather forecast map.
