Although the temperatures are warmer than experienced recently, it still feels very cold. Solid cloud cover throughout the entire day. There were little flurries of snow at one point but it didn't last much longer than a hour or two. It looks like SE of Eau Claire is getting some snow so maybe we just experienced some of the edge of the storm. For tomorrow's forecast, I predict that the temperatures will still stay around the same degree and that there will be slight cloud cover.
