Wind Direction: WNW, 11mph
After the constant snowfall yesterday, it is nice to finally see the light, literally. It is a beautiful sunny day with clear skies! Hopefully all of this sunshine will start melting all of the snow we received yesterday. It is a bit chillier today which is most likely because Eau Claire isn't receiving the warm southerly winds. In the northeast region of the U.S. near the Great Lakes, the winds blowing in a rather circular rotation. Looking at the forecast map, we can see that there is a low pressure system in region where the winds are circulating. There is also that same circular pattern surrounding the high pressure dome near Texas. There is a warm from coming from the west that will hopefully make the temperatures a little bit warmer tomorrow. However, the temperatures will be warmer but it looks like Eau Claire will still see snow again. At least there was a one day break between storms.
